With our solution, we have significantly reduced supply times and eliminated the use of forklifts in our operations. Advanced Technology for Superior Results
Our system uses a slotted circuit with magnetic tape to guide our AGVs accurately and safely. Equipped with programmable tags and beacon boxes with screens, our AGVs operate autonomously, ensuring an efficient and safe workflow. Additionally, the three online charging stations optimize energy management during operations. The process starts with manufacturing generating a production order. The warehouse prepares the material, and when manufacturing requires the shipment, the AGV transports it to the factory. The AGVs are equipped with a cart for supplying materials and are activated by a call from the beacon box. Once at the requested station, the AGV stops according to the corresponding order, allowing the operator to retrieve the necessary material for manufacturing. Subsequently, the AGV returns to the charging area to wait for new orders.
