01. NAVIGATION SYSTEMS
THANKS TO TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS, OUR PRODUCTS ARE EQUIPPED WITH DIFFERENT AUTONOMOUS NAVIGATION SYSTEMS
From magnetic tape navigation to natural navigation avoiding obstacles (SLAM), our navigation systems can be adapted to any industrial environment, taking into account aspects such as flexibility, precision and the environment in which they interact.
A. MAGNETIC GUIDANCE
The AGVs, equipped with magnetic detection, move along a magnetic tape installed on the floor, tracing the defined route. The programming of the circuit and the different commands that the AGVs execute are programmed on TAGs. The TAGs are programmed RFID cards that are placed at different points of the circuit so that when the AGVs pass over them, they execute the commands they contain.
B. SYNERSIGHT NATURAL NAVIGATION
The software for natural navigation (SLAM) with obstacle avoidance has been developed entirely by our programmers without relying on third party companies. This gives us a lot of agility in incorporating updates and adding customer requirements by adapting the machines to the system where they will work.
Two scanners are used to map the area by contours and cameras to detect and avoid obstacles.
It is the best technology to facilitate the installation and start-up of the automation of intralogistics processes.
Its hybrid location capability allows the AGV to know its location within the circuit in which it is located with a margin of error of less than 20 mm.
02. MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
LA SOLUCIÓN MÁS COMPLETA E INTEGRAL DESARROLLADA POR SYNERSIGHT
VSystems is the Synersight web application for fleet management to boost the efficiency and productivity of your AGV system. This management system takes care of traffic control by sending precise orders to each AGV in the installation and supervises the correct execution of these orders so that the goods arrive on time and in the correct order. From VSystems it is possible to create the real circuit where the AGVs are going to operate, allowing to include the corresponding programming to adapt the operation of the AGVs to the desired operation.
03. SAFETY SYSTEMS

04. CONNECTIVITY SYSTEM
Connectivity systems allow real-time communication with our machines. This monitoring of the fleet will allow you to have personalized records and diagnoses, thus improving the capacity to respond to incidents and the optimization of automated processes.
This technology allows our machines to communicate with each other and with any external system (doors, automated installations, pushbuttons, flashing lights, customer’s server, etc.).
With this system we achieve an easy individual operation between the user and the machine through mobile applications.

Based on the specific requirements and operations of our customers, we have two energy solutions for our products:
A. LEAD TECHNOLOGY
More conventional technology with a better quality/price ratio.
B. LITHIUM TECHNOLOGY
With higher efficiency and longer life cycles than lead batteries
1. MANUAL CHARGE
Is the simplest solution, requiring the intervention of operators to replace the discharged battery as well as a reserve of batteries in the charging phase.
2. ON-LINE CHARGING
With brushes/online charging pack, this system allows the batteries to be charged when the AGV detects a low battery level. The charging strategy is adaptable to the pace and needs of the deployment.
